Man, the last couple of days have been strange. I haven't felt like doing much, just wanna be lazy! Today is different. Today I feel alive and ready to do stuff.
My kids are funny. Devyn (11) had his first day of "reproductive health" (aka: sex ed) yesterday and came home with lots of questions. Yikes! It's all good though, it's time. He even explained to me what a wet dream was. (Yikes, again!). He is very mature about it and even complained about the boys in class who were giggling. That's my boy.
Nathan is getting more involved in his daily attire. He now requires that his shirt be changed at least 6 times a day, and that it include a sports theme of some sort. He walks around saying "oooh, look at you!", which is what he is used to hearing from all of us. What a doll. I just wanna squuuueeeezzze him!
Went to the neurologist yesterday. Nathan was most uncooperative so we weren't able to get much accomplished. We go back for an EEG and a follow up apnt in three weeks. Doc doesn't want to diagnose him at this point because Nate is very social. He doesn't want to diagnose him unless he is absolutely sure. I can appreciate that. Nonetheless, we are moving forward with speech/language therapy and occupational therapy through the summer. Can you say goodbye savings? No worries, whatever it takes!:)
I will be scrapbooking today while the boys are at school (YAY!) and hopefully spending some time outside with Nate when he gets home. It's been a little chilly, but we are supposed to get a nice warm up.
Have a great day everyone!
