today is special....

because it's my birthday. At least everyone has gone out of their way to make me feel that way today. So many e-mails with birthday greetings, and I even had lunch with Gaby and Kim today, who were so sweet to take me out shopping and then to lunch! I am special because my friends are special too. I am very lucky. Ok, this is turning out to be the cheeziest post ever!

It's such a beautiful day outside today, but our lawn was just sprayed for weeds so we have to stay off for a few hours. Guess I will have to stay inside and scrapbook or something. so sad. Nate played at the park with Karen while I was out goofing around, so he is snuggled up on the couch looking like he may take an afternoon nap. sounds good to me!
