guess what I did??

Okay, so it's probably not the craziest thing you've ever heard, but it was up there for me.

I took Devyn to get his hair cut today at Fantastic Sam's and decided while we were there to get mine cut and colored there too! My hairdresser is out for another month due to a foot injury, and I just couldn't wait. I was so nervous, especially when I told the girl what I wanted and she had to go ask another hair dresser how to do it. "Oh no, is she new? I thought. "Has she done this kind of thing before? Should I really be doing this?"
I panicked a bit and wondered what the he$% I was doing, but decided it would be nice to get it out of the way, and have it done before our vacation next week, so I went for it. I don't mind taking chances with my hair, so what the heck??

And surprisingly, I REALLY like it! Crazy, I know, but I like it. It's up to my shoulders with the bangs long enough to tuck behind my ears, and the color is a light brown with dark brown highlights.

Whoda thunk???

So, I am feeling better. I am going to The Zone tonight to prepare for my School Memorabilia class all day tomorrow and will spend some time with my longtime friend Tami. We never get to scrapbook together because of our busy schedules, so it will be nice to see her. I also have a ton of work to do for upcoming classes (I have been a slacker!).

Lots to talk about, but I will have to catch up later. Gotta get ready to go.
