Computer time is not something I am getting much of here at home now that I am working. Not to mention the security is so high at work that I can't get into this website to post! I promise to update as often as I can. Please don't delete me!
These are the things that are keeping me from posting:
WORK!
The new job is going well. I am catching on and feeling good about what I need to do. The office is really nice and the people I work with are great. Jessica, the girl who is training me, will be having a baby boy soon (due date Aug 10) . Once she does, I am on my own to fill her shoes. She's been there a long time. I'm scared!:)
The kids are adjusting well. They are so busy with the other kids in the neighborhood, that I think they hardly noticed. I'm glad for that.
Now I just need to figure out how to fit in housework and fun stuff. (fun stuff comes first, of course!)
CAMPING IN STYLE:
We bought a new camper and we are so excited! It took us a couple weeks to find the right one. It's just awesome. We haven't gotten it home yet because we have a three hour training session to attend on Tuesday before we can bring it home. It's a Jayco 23b hybrid camper, which means that it's a hard wall camper with a couch expandable side, and canvas beds that come out on each end. We decided to go this route because we still want to feel like we're camping (even with the complete kitchen and bathroom, LOL!). I seriously love this thing. Will share pictures when we get it home.
SCRAPBOOKING:
I did the Hambly Tranparency class this week and had fun making these layouts:
I will be working on more class pages on Sunday. I feel like scrapbooking.
Oh- and I decided that I will start journaling on the back of my layouts. I feel like my handwriting takes away from the design on the front, but still want to include my handwriting and the story behind the photos. This was the perfect solution for me.
Today (Sat) we are headed up north to pick up Devyn after a week up at the cabin with Grandma and Grandpa. I miss him. It will be nice to have him back home again.
