what's happenin'......

Well, the kids are officially home now for summer break. It's nice having them home, makes the house feel full and busy, which I like. Karen's getting the pool ready for us and expects us to be there quite a bit this summer. Ok, twist my arm, right?

Did you know that Chatterbox is in financial trouble and will not introduce new products this summer? I sure hope they figure things out, I love their products. Apparently, Melody Ross (founder of Chatterbox) was taken advantange of when she left the company in charge of others while caring for her husband who was hurt in an accident a few years ago. Such a shame. I hope they can bounce back from this.
Baseball is coming to an end and I am getting ready to scrapbook some baseball pictures! I ordered the Creative Imaginations Sports idea book (Melody Langworthy brought it into the store Saturday while teaching classes), and it totally inspired me to get to work on them. Now the wait for the book, excrutiating! Okay, so it's not that bad, but it will seem like forever.
I am loving Creative Imaginations lately. They have so much to offer with the licenses they carry, and the Bare Elements product lines. fun stuff to play with.
Want to give a shout out to my friend Linda for a fabulous meal and visit to her home. This girl is seriously talented in the kitchen, and has the most beautiful home and garden. Such a sweet friend, and I am so lucky I get to call her that. Thanks a bunch Linda and John!
Oh, and I can't forget the company, Carol and Kelly made it super fun too. Such a nice group of girls we have!:)
