weekend so far! Friday night I went up to The Scrapbook Zone with my friend Tami, and got a few class projects finished (Travel Journal and Photo CD keeper). Yesterday (Saturday) we finished up some work in the garden in the backyard. It looks just perfect! With that done we headed over to the neighbors pool and hot tub and relaxed for a couple hours together as a family. What fun!
So today we are going to work on the front gardens a little, adding mulch for the most part. I also hope to get more project time in to get completely caught up on classes and to get samples out in the store asap. Summer is a hard time to get students in, so every little bit helps!
Lately I have been loving my reading time too! Finished the 12th Stephanie Plum series book (Janet Evanovich- LOVED it!) and now I am reading the second of three scrapbook mystery books by Laura Childs (Photos Finished). I like them a lot. They aren't as cheezy as they sound!
I am getting a lot of housework done lately, ever since my laptop was ruined by my morning cup of coffee! What does that say about the amount of wasted time I spend on the computer? I don't want to think about it. Maybe I will have to put a limit on my laptop time when it comes back. It's kinda nice having an organized and clean house!:)
Mama Robin is still sitting on her new eggs. We haven't had a chance to peek inside yet. Yesterday we tried and she came zooming very close as if to say "better stay outta there!", and we listened!:)
Well, that's about it for now. I will post project pics sometime soon here on my blog and on the Zone's website. Right now they are displayed at the store. I will grab them next time I am in.

I've been reading a ton too lately, (I also like the scrapbook mysteries). Good luck with your garden work!
I have been avoiding the remainder of my mulch as much as possible! I have done 3/4 of my garden, and can't bring myself to finish the last bit. LAZY!
